About Us

Located in Okehampton, Devon we have a small  but growing herd of alpacas which is very much a family enterprise.

We are devloping a breeding plan to specialise in producing quality Suri alpacas with solid colour fleeces. We have chosen Suris for their fine lustrous fleece and 'superior' demeanour. Our foundation females have been sourced from quality breeders across the United Kingdom and carefully selected stud males used.

Our plan is to increase the herd in the coming months/years, though we already supply alpaca fleece in various shades.

The fibre produced from alpaca fleece is much finer than that of sheep's wool, but is more durable and almost as strong as silk. Alpaca fibre is exceptionally warm with a luxuriously soft feel. Some people who are allergic to sheep's wool do not have the same reaction to alpaca wool making it more suitable.
